Manage portfolio of projects to deliver capability to perform budgeting and forecasting at project level using IBM TM1 as well as advanced insight into the business by facilitating the implementation of an appliance for the global platform.
Lead, mentor, challenge and support teams to deliver the required client outcomes by building solid relationships with all parties and getting some “skin in the game” to lead from the front.
